ADNEC is the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Company that provides public spaces for hosting events such as exhibitions, business meetings, and other celebrations. This establishment was founded in 2005 and since has won multiple awards. It boasts outstanding facilities spread over a total space of 142,226 square meters. They provide versatile spaces suitable for medium to large scale conferences of up to 6,000 people, 12 exhibition halls, a stunning banqueting facility, as well as an outdoor space proving to be a complete venue solution.

ADNEC was looking for a solution provider to eradicate the issues related to booking management for their venues for events and navigational issues for their guests. That’s where Zio stepped in.

Firstly, to solve the problem pertinent to booking management. For this, we designed a Software solution for booking meeting rooms. Any individual can book their meeting rooms from the devices installed. These devices show information about the event happening inside the rooms and provide a network that gives updates on every activity happening around the building.

To solve the problems with context to visitor’s navigation, we installed various digital signages. Our systematic processes enabled ADNEC to manage their events in a better fashion facilitating them to grow and expand further.
